This Shipping Policy describes how CÓVUR INC., processes and ships orders placed through http://covurup.com (“Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • All fifty (50) United States, including Alaska and Hawaii

  • U.S. territories 

International shipping is not available at this time.

 

2. Pre-Order Items (Ready-to-Wear)

2.1 Pre-Order Disclosure

Certain products are offered on a pre-order basis for ready-to-wear items that are not yet available for immediate shipment at the time of purchase.

  • Pre-order items are fully designed, finalized garments.

  • Items are produced or allocated for fulfillment after the pre-sale period concludes.

  • Orders will ship approximately eight (8) to twelve (12) weeks after the pre-sale period ends, not from the date of purchase.

This timeframe is disclosed on the product page and during checkout.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Time

All shipping timelines for pre-order items are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to:

  • Production or allocation schedules

  • Quality assurance processes

  • Shipping carrier delays

  • Supply chain or logistical disruptions

If fulfillment is expected to exceed the stated timeframe, we will notify you and provide options in accordance with applicable U.S. consumer-protection laws.

 

3. In-Stock Items

In-stock items are typically processed within 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing times do not include transit time.

 

4. Orders Containing Pre-Order and In-Stock Items

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items:

  • The order may ship together once all items are available, or

  • Items may ship separately at our discretion

Shipping costs and methods are disclosed at checkout.

 

5. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Shipping options, carriers, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary.

 

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight and dimensions

  • Selected shipping method

Any membership-related shipping benefits are subject to membership terms and limitations.

 

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

 

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Returned packages due to address errors may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

 

9. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including weather events, carrier disruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

 

10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery of the package to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law.

 

11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

11.1 Damaged Shipments

Please contact us at contact@covurup.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage.

 

11.2 Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates delivery but the package was not received, contact the carrier first, then notify us within 3 days so we may assist.

 

12. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Website. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
