This Membership Policy (“Policy”) describes the terms and conditions governing the annual paid membership offered by CÓVUR INC., through our website http://covurup.com (“Website”). By purchasing or renewing a membership, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy and our Terms and Conditions, all of which are incorporated by reference.

MEMBERSHIP POLICY

1. Membership

CÓVUR INC. offers an annual paid membership, CÓVUR Membership.

1.1  CÓVUR Membership

  • Annual Fee: $100 per year

  • Benefits may include but are not limited to:

    • Signature headpiece (For registered MGT only)

    • Preferred member pricing

    • Priority access to pre-orders

    • 15% consideration on last-call selections

    • Complimentary returns & exchanges

    • Complimentary shipping

    • Annual member gift

 

Membership benefits are described on the Website at the point of sale and are subject to change as outlined in this Policy.

 

2. Eligibility and Enrollment

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and account information.

  • Membership are for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be transferred or resold.

 

3. Annual Billing and Automatic Renewal

3.1 Annual Term

The membership are billed on an annual basis and provide access to benefits for a twelve (12) month term beginning on the date of purchase.

 

3.2 Automatic Renewal Disclosure

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your membership will automatically renew annually, and your payment method on file will be charged the then-current annual membership fee.

This automatic renewal feature is disclosed clearly at checkout and requires your affirmative consent, in compliance with applicable U.S. federal law, including the Restore Online Shoppers’ Confidence Act (ROSCA).

 

3.3 Fee Changes

We reserve the right to change membership fees. Any changes will apply only to future renewal periods and will be communicated prior to renewal.

 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership at any time through their My CÓVUR online account by selecting the “Cancel Membership” option on the “My Membership” page. Cancellation takes effect immediately for future billing.

 

4.2 Refunds

Membership fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No prorated refunds are provided for unused portions of the annual term.

 

4.3 Compliance with Consumer Protection Laws

We provide clear and accessible cancellation methods consistent with guidance from the Federal Trade Commission and applicable state laws governing subscription and automatic renewal programs.

 

5. Changes to Membership Benefits

The Company may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue any membership benefit at its discretion. Material changes to core benefits will be communicated in advance when commercially reasonable.

Membership benefits:

  • Have no cash value

  • Cannot be exchanged or transferred

  • Are subject to availability and other limitations

 

6. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • All activity that occurs under your account

  • Notifying us promptly of unauthorized use

 

7. Prohibited Use

The membership may not be used to:

  • Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity

  • Circumvent purchase limits or promotional restrictions

  • Share or sell membership benefits to third parties

 

8. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership, without refund, if you violate this Policy, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable law. Termination does not affect any accrued payment obligations.

 

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials provided through the Website or membership benefits are owned by or licensed to the Company. Membership does not grant ownership or intellectual property rights.

 

10. Governing Law and Venue

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action arising out of this Policy shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located within Texas.

 

11. Consumer Rights and Legal Compliance

Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive or limit any rights you may have under:

  • Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA)

  • Federal consumer protection laws

  • Any other applicable statutes or regulations

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
