RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to purchases made through CÓVUR INC., via http://covurup.com (“Website”).

By placing an order, you agree to this Policy and our Terms and Conditions.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. General Policy Overview

All sales are considered final except as expressly stated in this Policy or as required by applicable law. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered except where expressly permitted under this Policy or where legally required.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1 Eligible Items

All items, including pre-sale / pre-order ready-to-wear items, are eligible for return, subject to Company approval and the conditions below.

2.2 Notification Window

To be considered for a return, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days of delivery by contacting contact@covurup.com.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe will result in the return request being denied.

2.3 Member & Non-Member Return Outcomes

Approved returns are processed based on customer status at the time of purchase:

  • Non-Members:
    Eligible, approved returns may receive a full refund to the original payment method, less any non-refundable fees, unless otherwise restricted by this Policy.

  • CÓVUR Members:
    Eligible, approved returns are issued store credit only, in accordance with Section 6 of this Policy.

Customer status is determined at the time the order is placed and cannot be changed retroactively.

 

3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for approval, returned items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, unused, and free of damage

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging (if applicable)

  • Not show signs of wear, alteration, odors, or staining

All return requests are subject to inspection and approval at the Company’s sole discretion.

 

4. Pre-Sale / Pre-Order Items

Pre-sale (pre-order) items ship approximately 8–12 weeks after the pre-sale period ends.

By purchasing a pre-sale item, you acknowledge and accept this fulfillment timeline.
Pre-sale items are not exempt from the store-credit return policy described above but remain subject to:

  • The 3-day notification requirement

  • Condition requirements

  • Company approval

 

5. Last Call Items

Last Call items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit under any circumstances.

 

6. Store Credit Terms (Members Only)

For returns issued as store credit:

  • Store credit has no cash value

  • Store credit is non-transferable

  • Store credit does expire after 12 months

  • Store credit cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash. 

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error

  • CÓVUR Girl members are exempt from return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected and will be shipped back to the sender at the customer’s expense.

 

8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within three (3) calendar days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

If approved, we may issue store credit, a replacement, or a refund, depending on customer status and at our discretion.

 

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return except where required by law:

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned outside the approval process

  • Items that fail inspection

  • Last Call items

 

10. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly regarding any concerns. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account or membership restrictions.

 

11. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under:

  • The Texas Deceptive Trade Practices–Consumer Protection Act (DTPA)

  • Applicable U.S. federal consumer-protection laws

 

12. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to the Website. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
